At The Punya Store, we care deeply about your experience and satisfaction. That’s why we offer a transparent and fair 7-day return and refund policy — applicable only in case of damage or defective products.

🗓️ Return Window

Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.

✅ Return & Replacement Eligibility

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged or defective on arrival
• A return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
• A clear unboxing video is submitted as proof of damage
• The item is unused and in its original packaging

⚠️ No return/exchange will be accepted without an unboxing video.

📦 How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at [your email address] within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Attach the unboxing video and a clear photo of the issue.
3. Our team will verify the request and respond within 48 hours.
4. Once approved, ship the product back to our address. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the error was on our side.

📦 Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

❌ Non-Refundable Items

• Sale or discounted items
• Products returned without proof of damage (video/photo)
• Products returned after 7 days
• Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
