- Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Tracking Details: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
Note: Delivery times may be slightly longer during festivals, public holidays, or extreme weather.
🔁 Returns & Replacements
We offer a 7-day return or replacement policy only in cases of damaged or defective products. Please read the return conditions carefully:
✅ Eligibility for Return:
- Item received is damaged or defective
- Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- A clear unboxing video is shared at the time of complaint
- Product is unused, in original condition and packaging
⚠️ Returns are not accepted without a valid unboxing video.

💸 Refunds

- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If the issue was our fault, we’ll refund the return shipping cost too.
